Proud Sponsors of Castle Bridge Island
April King Legal is proud to announce a long-term contract with CP Media to sponsor Castle Bridge Island, supporting the Nottingham Green Guardians initiative. This partnership reflects our commitment to Nottingham’s environment and community, helping to maintain and enhance the city’s green spaces.
Supporting Nottingham’s Green Spaces
The Nottingham Green Guardians programme enables volunteers to play an active role in improving their local environment. Run by Nottingham City Council’s Parks Team, which manages over 250 parks, nature reserves, and open spaces, the initiative offers opportunities for people to get involved in conservation and community projects. You can find out more or get involved at the Nottingham Green Guardians website.
Castle Bridge Island: A Green Gateway
Located just under 500ft from our new Head Office, Castle Bridge Island is a key route for traffic heading into and out of Nottingham. Sitting near Castle Marina Retail Park, it’s a busy hub that hundreds of commuters and visitors pass every day. While it might just be a roundabout, it’s one with character – home to palm trees that bring a touch of greenery to this bustling thoroughfare.
Through our sponsorship, we’re helping to maintain the beauty of this prominent route, ensuring it remains a well-kept and welcoming sight for those travelling through the city.
Paul King TEP, CEO of April King Legal, commented:
“Nottingham has been home to April King Legal since 1991, and we’re proud to support the city’s green spaces through this initiative. Castle Bridge Island is right on our doorstep, and while it’s a busy traffic hub, it’s also a reminder that even in built-up areas, greenery makes a difference. We’re delighted to play a part in keeping Nottingham looking its best.”
We’re pleased to be part of this initiative, helping to sustain and enhance Nottingham’s environment. Whether you’re a driver passing by or a volunteer getting hands-on with local green spaces, small efforts like this help make a lasting impact on our city.
