Are April King fees fixed or hourly?

We operate on a fixed-fee basis unless otherwise agreed, meaning the price you are quoted is the price you pay. Unlike many firms that charge by the hour, our approach ensures clarity and peace of mind from the outset.

Will I receive a written fee agreement?

Yes, if you decide to instruct us, we will provide a clear, written agreement confirming the fixed fee for your chosen service. This ensures complete transparency with no unexpected charges.

No. The fee we quote is what you will pay for our service. Some instructions may include disbursements, which are payments for third-party costs, such as Lasting Power of Attorney registration fees. If any disbursements are payable, these will be explained to you during your meeting and clearly outlined in your agreement.

All our clients also receive:

  • A 14-day cancellation period with no fees if you change your mind.
  • A free amendment to your Will within the first year should your circumstances change.
