• On the morning of your appointment, we'll send you a reminder with the same link, so it's ready at the top of your inbox.
• A few minutes before your appointment, simply click the link and follow the steps to join.
• You'll see a box asking for camera and microphone access. Click "Request Permissions", then click "Allow while using this site", so we can see and hear you.
• A laptop or computer gives the best experience, but you're welcome to join from a tablet or smartphone instead.
• If you need to reschedule or have any questions in the meantime, please feel free to contact us.
