How does a direct appointment work?
Our direct appointments work just like our regular appointments but with a little more flexibility.
First of all, we'll arrange an appointment date and time that works best for you. And then, at the agreed time, your advisor will give you a call. If you'd like, we can also arrange a video call, so you can see your advisor face-to-face.

During the call, your advisor will discuss your situation and suggest any legal work that needs to be done.
They'll also give you a quote for the work, with no obligation to proceed. If you do decide to go ahead, we'll draft the documents for you and send them to you in the post. And if there's anything you're not happy with, just let us know, and we'll make any changes you need.
Once you're happy with everything, we'll take care of any final formalities and securely store your legal documents if you would like, so you have peace of mind they are safe and available when needed.
In short, our direct service offers the same high standard of service, convenience and care as our regular appointments, but with the added flexibility of being able to take place in the comfort of your own home.
